Week 1 EOC: Great Customer Service

The best customer service I have ever encountered was at Nike Town at the Forum Shops. Besides being knowledgeable about their products the way they helped you was first rate. Upon entering the store I was greeted with the utmost hospitality. I took my time looking around the store to see what I might like and wasn't harassed by sales clerks asking me every ten steps if I was finding everything alright. By the time i was ready to make my final decision one of the sales assistants walked up and asked me for my size. When the assistant came back he came back with 2 pairs of the same shoe, on was the size i had asked for and the other was one half size larger. The size I asked for ended up being too small and the second size he brought out was perfect. I proceeded to inquire about other products they sold and this associate had every answer I was looking for. Ever since this event I have always compared others in customer service to this gentleman. His knowledge and attentiveness made me feel good about spending my money in the store.
